Shipping Information

We currently only ship within Australia.
Items will be shipped via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel once payment has been received.
Items will be shipped the same day you order if;

• The order is placed on a business day (business days exclude weekends and public holidays) and,

• The order is placed before 3:00PM Queensland time.

Orders of $100 and over will receive free standard shipping.
Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping rate of $10.60 for standard shipping within Australia.

FERNVALE QLD RESIDENTS: Oona & I's location is in Fernvale, we offer free pickup to local residents. When we receive your order, we will send you a text message to organise a suitable date and time for you to collect your items. Any questions, please contact us at hello@oonaandi.com.au.
