CONSUMER LAW
We comply with Australian consumer law in regards to refunds and returns.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you receive your item and it does not fit properly or you simply change your mind, you can send the item back to us (pending approval) to receive an exchange or store credit. You will need to contact us within 2 days from the delivery date to organise a return. You will need to return the item within 10 business days from the date you receive your items with original tags attached and the item must be in brand new condition. The item must not have any makeup, stains, perfume or tan on it and the item needs to be returned unwashed and unworn. 

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Items are all personally inspected and carefully packed before being shipped to you. If you wish to return items that are faulty or damaged, please email us so we can investigate the issue further. Items will need to be returned within 10 business days from when you receive your item.
