If you find an item you absolutely love, but you reside outside of Australia, please e-mail us with the style and size of the item you are interested in via our contact page and we will supply you with payment and shipping options.

Possibly, some items we may be able to restock. Please email us at hello@oonaandi.com.au with your requested style, colour and size and we will do our best to assist you.

Our sizes range from 6 to 18 (Australian sizing) depending on the label. Most of our clothing comes in sizes 8 to 14. Please see the detailed sizing on each item or email us at hello@oonaandi.com.au.

Yes, residents of Fernvale QLD can choose to pick up their items. After a purchase is made we will contact you via message to organise a time for you to collect your items.

If an item does not fit as expected, please email us to organise a return within two business days from the delivery date. If your item is returned to us unworn and in new condition with original tags still attached, we will give you a refund or exchange.

For damaged items, we comply with Australian laws. Please contact us to organise a return and refund within two weeks from the delivery date.
